Transcribe on windows 11 laptop

I'm not sure I'm on the right option here but here it goes.

Is it possible to transcribe on windows 11 laptop doing online translation?
I'm using a Plantronics USB connected headset to translate from English to Spanish.
And I want the English part of the audio to be transcribed somehow.
Help! I'm pretty new at this and just starting out.
