Swedish term or phrase: serieentreprenör
This is an easy one, but then not so easy.

It is clear what a "serieentreprenör" is, someone who starts up one company after the other. A "perpetual entrepreneur". (what did that guy who dropped out of high school call himself in the Social Network?)

However "perpetual entrepreneur" has a sort of negative feel to it; I am looking for a term with a more positive spin.

serial entrepreneur
Explanation:
Easy, and as you say not necessarily so. You might consider just 'entreprenuer' -- I don't see Sir Richard called other than entrepreneur even tho his is the moden archtypical 'serial' business starter.

Anyway, if its in the business dictionary, I have no problem using my suggestion. See this (and there are more), http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/serial-entrepre...

Well, that is what it is, by common consensus.
However I have to say I don't like this term and would suggest that it be avoided.
