Hallo liebe Kollegen/innen,

ich benötige eure Hilfe bei der Übersetzung eines Begriffes aus einer Sondervollmacht.
Kontext: Person X überträgt an Person Y das Recht, in seinem Namen eine von ihm geerbte Immobilie zu verkaufen.
In der Vollmacht heißt es:

... affinché in nome e per conto del sottoscritto venda a chi riterrà opportuno e per il prezzo che riterrà conveniente **ogni diritto di spettanza** dello stesso relativamente all'immobile in Via XXX.

Ich habe auf proz schon "quota di spettanza" gefunden, weiß aber nicht, ob es sich dabei um dasselbe handelt.
