Just a suggestion.
In Brazil If the person's salary varies with commisions, the average for 12 salaries for the year (or some sort of adjsuted period) will serve as the basis for the paid vacation + 1/3 bonus which is mandatory.
I think you might need a lenthy explanation about it...
