We have a valid FAA Standard Airworthiness Certificate without any limitations or conditions stated thereon other than those customarily identified in accordance with other aircraft of the same model and provided Buyer selects and pays for an Export Certification of Airworthiness and JAR (Joint Airworthiness Requirements) OPS-1 under Appendix A, a Certificate of Airworthiness for Export to any EASA (Европейское агентство по авиационной безопасности ) country selected by Buyer and approved by Gulfstream pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and further the Aircraft shall in addition comply with all applicable JAR (Joint Airworthiness Requirements) OPS 1 regulation (or the then equivalent European regulation governing public transportation in Europe) requirements.

"OPS 1" никогда не пишется отдельно, только "JAR-OPS 1" (правильное написание - через дефис), и хотя этот документ имеет подзаголовок "Commercial Air Transportation (Aeroplanes)", его всегда упоминают именно как JAR-OPS 1, в том числе и в России. Это название *очень* на слуху в авиации, поскольку это один из самых фундаментальных документов. Его весьма приблизительным аналогом в России является НПП (Наставление по производству полетов).

Кстати, JAR - это совсем не Joint Airworthiness Requirements, а Joint Aviation Regulations. Это авиационные правила, издаваемые Joint Aviation Authorities - межгосударственной организацией, ассоциациегражданских авиационных властей Европы (причем не ЕС, а более широкого круга стран).
