Omskrivning på svenska Om flera anmäler sig, ska företrädesrätten dem emellan bestämmas genom lottning av notarius publicus. Om flera aktier har erbjudits för förköp ska aktierna först, och i möjligaste mån, fördelas jämnt (i proportion till deras tidigare innehav) bland dem som vill (anmält intresse) köpa/lösa in.

Let me guess, This is a poorly written Swe doc for an company listed on an 'alternate' market or worse.... I did a similarly terribly written document for a company listed with AktieTorget. They used a cut and paste template that really made little sense and was filled with errors (typos and grammatical). These guys should be banned from the business. My solution was to find a well written document prepared for the same purpose available from one of the established exchanges and use that to understand what my doc was trying to say. Then translate from there. Its easier on the mind... The customer liked it cuase he was looking for financing mostly from Eng speaking investors.

Here's a similar sentence, with a few commas :) "Anmäler sig flera berättigade, ska företrädesrätten dem emellan bestämmas genom lottning, dock att, som samtidigt flera aktier har erbjudits för förköp, aktierna först, så långt ske kan, ska fördelas bland dem, som vill köpa, i proportion till deras tidigare aktieinnehav av A- respektive B-aktier. Betalning ska ske inom en månad från den dag priset blev bestämt."
