more context "referring to tests carried out" IS more context ... just for the future, it helps your colleagues if you give as much background information as possible. For example, the section of the report under which your acronym appears (Antecedentes, Exploración Física, Pruebas Complementarias) and the patient's presenting complaint or diagnosis. The more information you give, the more likely it is that you will get an appropriate answer.

Neil asks you twice for more context, also.

And as for me, I would just translate it as "Neurological:" I ASSUME it's part of a physical examination. (You need to provide that information.)

Can you please just copy and paste the text (a few lines before and after) where the term appears?
Even the numbers and units that go with the test result can be helpful.

Can you give more context about the whole text? So we can confirm "NRL: sin focalidad" and "nucleo reticular lateral".
