This is for "guarda griega". "Guarda" (franja/cinta) is not always a border, but here it evidently is. The design, also known as "greca", is strictly called a meander, but the most common (modern) term is "Greek key", as an Internet search will confirm.

"Guarda pampa" is a different design, which doesn't really have a name in English, but since the motif is a chakana, also known as an Inca cross, I think you could call it that: chakana border or Inca cross border.
