Spanish to English Other Transport / Transportation / Shipping Deliveries
The context is a logistics agreement made in La Rioja, Spain. The phrase appears under the heading of "Prices", and it is this:
"Los segundos servicios imputables al cliente o consignatario se facturarán a razón del 60% del precio del servicio, salvo en las entregas en la misma provincia de recogida y su zona de cobertura donde se aplicará el 100%."

These are large-scale, palletized deliveries to other companies, not Amazon-type deliveries of individual articles to homes.

But it doesn't have enough context to help very much. Could it be a second trip made necessary by some mistake attributable to the customer or consignee?

Thanks for your input, everybody. It does have to do with delivery, after all. It's a second delivery run made necessary because there is not enough product at the warehouse at the time the first delivery goes out.

not only referring to electricity but of course this is common usage in that area as evidenced by a plethora of refs. ... I think "ancillary services" would be ok in your context
