Discussion
The defendant does not find A�s contention that he does not pose a threat of repeating the offence as he is not involved in the telecommunications sector at present convincing as the forgery in deed was not connected with the type of business A had been involved in. The offence can therefore reasonably be committed in any field of business.
Please note that I do not expect you to do free proofreading for me, which would be contrary to the rules of Kudoz anyways. I simply need confirmation that I'm heading in the right direction or a rap over the fingers if you could.
