License says "Not For Federal Identification" .... means your license is not complaint with the 2005 REAL-ID Act and will not be accepted as valid ID by DHS/TSA after 10/1/2020. To get a compliant ID you just need to go to the DMV with your ID documentation and get issued a new card.

The US does not have internal passports for federal purposes. We use our Social Security numbers for that, birth certificates, etc. Driver's license is an unofficial ID, but it is a state document.
