Wydaje mi się, że tu nie chodzi raczej o umiejętności reprezentowane przez pracownika (skills), ale o to, jaki rodzaj pracy wybierze lub na jakie stanowisko zakwalifikuje go pracodawca. W tym znaczeniu zgodziłbym się ew. na termin "kwalifikacja".
