explanation from Chevron Polska rep The terminology "manage the construction of well locations" refers to managing all aspects of wellsite construction including site prep work (clearing, excavation, grading, gravel) and access road construction to enable the rig to move on location and commence drilling operations. This would also include construction of an elevated well pad foundation if part of the site design. Obviously special considerations need to be taken in to account for construction of well locations in forested or cultivated lands which will likely be encountered in our Poland concessions.
