1.7.1 Load Delivery
• Enter a Delivery Number and press Enter or click the Lookup Delivery button. Line items should be diplayed like the example below after the lookup is complete.

• Select or enter the line item you would like to load and click the Load Delivery button. If the item is batch managed, the Bundle will be prompted like the example below.



• Click the “Load” Button to Pick the Bundle
• Press Escape to Return to the Load Delivery Status form.

• Status will be updated for the indivisual lines. Use the scroll bar to display information.

• Scan or enter the Bundle Number.



• For non-batch material, the user will be prompted for Qty and UOM instead of Bundle like the example below. Enter the Quantity and UOM and click the Load button.

• “Picking complete” message should be returned like the example below.

• Press Escape to return to the Delivery Status Display.




• This is the SAP result of Picking and Loading a bundle. Here we see that a Batch number “W801744095” has been scanned and loaded to Line 9 of this Delivery, for 5000 FT. Multiple batches scanned would show up as additional lines.
