If it is determined that Sponsor has paid the Investigator for a Subject who is later deemed not eligible for payment, Sponsor will adjust the final payment to reflect such overpayment.
If final payment has been made before an overpayment is discovered, the Investigator agrees to refund any overpayments to Sponsor.
In the event a Subject does not complete the entire Study and is not a screen failure, Sponsor shall compensate the Investigator on a per-Subject pro-rated basis based on visits completed in accordance with the Protocol.
Unless otherwise agreed, Sponsor shall reimburse for two (2) Screen Failures at the Investigator for each of the Subjects enrolled (i.e. treated) during the Study.
