If you have more than one group you will need master trainers, who will have to be prepared in advance. A group of master trainers conduct the group sessions in parallel. Master trainers should be responsible for each group of 20-25 trainees. To ensure uniformity, the master trainers should be thoroughly trained themselves first, and be given common training materials, quizzes and mock-up interviews based on vignettes.
