English to Serbian Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Purchasing policy

Once the final bids are evaluated and supplier chosen the buyer is required to distribute the approval form (Attachment 4: Approval Form) along with the completed Checklist (Attachment 5: Tender Checklist) to Purchasing Manager for its review and approval. Once the approval form is approved by the Purchasing Manager it is given to the MT member of the respective project department for the final approval. Approval form is mandatory for all purchases that exceed 5 EURk regardless if the tendering has been carried out.
