• User Generated Content (UGC) created by consumers on Company sites or controlled sites may include text, video, photographic submissions by users to message boards, blogs, photo video sharing websites, social network sites and any other interactive websites. Depending on the channel, the Company requires post- or pre-moderation of this content to ensure it is appropriate and complies with the RDCC and our RRCC.

• When consumers are provided with Brand assets it must be assured that the ownership of the assets remains Company property and can be withdrawn or moderated at all times.
