Should the Tenat decide to exercise the right to termination, such unilateral termination will be subject to a 6 (six) month prior notice to be served by the Tenant to the Landlord.For the avoidance of any doubt, the Tenant will not send the termination notice six months before the anniversary of the third or sixth year it will not have the right to unilaterally terminate the lease agreement.
