English term (edited): books of council and session

The Book of Council and Session is the formal title for the Register of Deeds. Deed in English mean ตราสาร or โฉนด
The Book of Council and Session can be separated into three sub-units.
1.The Book. This means formal documents
2. The Council stands for "The Privy Council" . Privy Council members include Cabinet members past and present, the speaker of the House of Commons, the leaders of the main political parties, Archbishops, various senior judges as well as other senior public figures. 3.The Session is The Court of Session which is Scotland's civil court,

However, the bodies which issue the Books are the "Lords of Council and Session". They comprise of three senior Scottish bodies
1.The Privy Council of Scotland
2.Court of Session
3.Inner House
Under Scots law it is possible to register contracts in the Books of Council and Session either for preservation only, or for preservation and execution.

In my opinion it is challenging to translate the term "Council and Session" across as there are huge differences between the two legal systems.
The nearest translation I can think of in Thai is หนังสือสำคัญจากคณะองคมนตรีหรือศาลฏีกาแพ่งแห่งสกอตแลนต์
