French term
dans sa dimension lontaine.
French to English
Marketing

Insurance
It is a proposal to develop a new logo for a global insurance company - one of the bullet points describing the sort of logo that they need:
Un logo qui évoque l’activité première de 'Assistance X', dans sa dimension lointaine.
I am not sure what 'dans sa dimension lointaine' actually means here - and whether it is referring to the logo itself or (more likely) the primary activity of the company (i.e. Assistance X')...
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

and its global/worldwide/international scale
I think they're referring to the fact that the company helps people when they're far from home, which I think you can sum up with "its global scale" It's hard to find a concise term using "far from home."

Comment: "It was hard to grade the answers on this one - as I agreed with the points made by another answerer... it defnitely referred to the fact that people could get 'remote' assistance from the insurance company when travelling far from home. I can't remember exactly what term I used in the end - but it was along these lines. Thanks! "
3 mins
in its global dimension
Here I think they are trying to encompass the company image thus the term global dimension.
2 hrs
in its overall scope
I may totally off the mark, but I don't see this as having to do with
far or global, but more to do with "overall concept" of the "activite
primaire", in other words, a logo that represents that complete picture.

assistance [to people] in farawary places...or faraway from home
It means the fact that they help people who are far away from home...
x's primary activity of faraway assistance
that is the idea...for sure

If they had meant global etc, they would have said it.
This is a French marketing way of saying: des gens loin de chez eux...

Even if the company is global or worldwide, the idea is: we can help you when you are far away from home...it is a very specific idea..global and worldwide are overused etc, in logos...
