it means that the person has been present at an audit....
carried out by a qualified professional to watch him or her at work and gain practical experience in this way.
So here it pmeans that internal audits have to be performed either by the DSM or by a quakified internal auditor who has already taken part in a previous auditor in the company of someone experienced
