'cinema' dynamic range

IMO "dynamique" here means the dynamic range (audio and/or video), maximum for cinema projection and lower (more compressed) for DVD and especially TV, which don't have the same capacity/bandwidth so the extra range would be wasted.

Dynamic motion control

Have a look at this website of technical terms. There are a few answers that might fit the situation. It seems that "un dynamique cinéma" allows you to advance in slow motion without losing much of the quality of the image.
