See what the others say too, Rachel, but thanks for your comment :)
Note from asker:
Thank you Liz - I wondered about corrugated too - amongst all my wonderings! I just thought drain vs. "lame" might not be OK, but probably is here
I think maybe the "lame" is the "drainage sheet", by the way
Peer comment(s):

agree Drmanu49 : I think we already mentioned this one.

Thank you! I must have missed that occasion..
agree Dr Sue Levy (X) : the French appear to make a distinction between "lame ondulée" and "multitubulaire" http://documentation.ledamed.org/IMG/html/doc-10533.html But very few English ghits for multilumen or multitube drain

multi-lumen tubing

Not too sure on this one if "tubing" is the correct term. Could also be "device" or "catheter". Hopefully someone can contribute to this...

From a plastics manufacturer site (link below):
A multi-lumen extrusion is tubing with more than one chamber along the ID. Multi-lumen tubing is often used for air, material or fluid transfer. In medical applications, a multi-lumen tube can be used to combine more than one function (i.e.: suction and irrigation) in the same restricted space.
Note from asker:
Thank you Isabelle - in another place it's referred to just as a "lame", elsewhere as a "multi-tubulee"
