Acte de vente. The deed quotes from the French Mining Code about how e person who operates a mine has to inform future buyers of the land, etc.

"Un sinistre minier se définit, au sens du présent article, comme un affaissement ou un accident minier soudain, ne trouvant pas son origine dans des causes naturelles et provoquant la ruine d'un ou plusieurs immeubles bâtis ou y occasionnant des dommages dont la réparation équivaut à une reconstruction totale ou partielle."
