French term

dégoullotage

French to English Other Other
"Dégoullotages d´unitées stratégiques existantes.

Démmarage de nouvelles unités."

This is part of a response to a question in a questionnaire. I've never come across dégoullotages before and can't find any refs - it could be a typo (there are a good few, as you can see...)? It could of course be something very obvious that I'm just not seeing - any help would be much appreciated.

Of course the correct spelling is "dégoulotage". And lo and behold, it's already been asked:
