French term

agencement

French to English Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation track and field - jumps
un agencement de pas d'approche

un agencement de course d'élan, de saut, de pas, de saut (p. ex. : triple saut)

THis is a French Canadian document about physical education standards. Any ideas? I don't understand "agencement" in this context.

Merci à l'avance !

a sequence

It' the term used to refer to the linking of movements, gestures, exercises as regards dance or gymnastics. Another French word commonly used is "enchaînement" instead of "agencement".

Layout or arrangement

As in when equipment is laid out to form a course that students have to follow in a gymnasium - e.g. parallel bars, then the rope, trampoline with the buck, followed by an exercise over a mat (here with a jump)
