I am currently having a wonderful time translating a Dutch cardiology report with lots of words/terminologies in French, Romanian, Flemish and I'm not sure what else!
When googling *ortostatism* it appears to be Romanian and thus am hopeful someone will be able to help me.

upright position
In DEX(Dictionarul explicativ al Limbii Romane - Romanian Dictionary), the word ortostatism means maintaining the body in an upright position/vertical position(mentinere a corpului in pozitie verticala); it comes from the french word orthostatisme, which translated into english is upright position
