Stock Market Instruments
I am translating a Prospectus into English and I need to translate Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios. I do not know what the term for these instruments is in English. This is an example of a phrase in the Prospectus: La Emisión de los Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios que realice cada Fideicomiso se hará en la oportunidad, por el monto y en los términos y condiciones que se establezcan en el Contrato de Fideicomiso respectivo. Can anybody help me please?
