This sentence is driving me mad! I'd be grateful if someone could help me out. The words 'cobertura' and Producto' seem to be just hanging there, and I don't know where they fit in.
This is what I have so far:
"Vacuum-pressure autoclave treatment with water-soluble, chromium and arsenic-free organic cooking salts “Wolmanit CX 8” **covered by?** hazard class no. 4 of the standard EN-335/1-2 Product (?) registered at...."
- TRATAMIENTO AUTOCLAVE CLASE RIESGO IV:

protection for hazard class no. 4
Whereas new versions of EN-335 use the term "use classes," old versions of the standard used "hazard classes" to categorize the different types of risks to which timber and products made of timber may be exposed. This texts makes a reference to an old version of the standard (1/2). These "hazard classes" are not hierarchical (that is, class 1 is not necessarily a weaker hazard than class 5), rather they describe qualitatively different risks. In this context, "cobertura" refers to protection against the specific risks included in "hazard class no. 4." I'm including a link to the old version of the standard which you could use to make your terminology consistent.

risk class coverage num. 4
I wouldn't use Hazard, I suggest it talking about the class of risk that the coverage is capable to maintain, being level number 4 of the standard....
