Ana Rosa, With all due respect, as a linguist, I insist that although the number of hits for "attitude tremors" and "posture tremors" is enormous, when you have an adjective preceding a noun that is being used in adjective form, the right collocation is "mild postural tremors" or "mild attitudinal tremors."

As a result of this study, the conclusion has been reached that **there are two types of tremor**: **postural tremor and tremor of attitude**..." Tu sai peraltro che io personalmente tengo cmq sempre molto in conto i tuoi ottimi suggerimenti, :-)) Grazie, e buona giornata, Anna Rosa

neutral ARS54 : See: http://www.google.it/search?hl=it&q="attitude tremor" (.uk)&...
