structural fasteners
As "Bobtail" (R) is the example piece and they (Bobtail) seem to like the name "fastener" (although the product is in the sub-section "lock-bolts") - "fastener" could be a more generalised term to use.

This second page is a specialist in rivets and they use the term "structural fastener" for various marks of rivet (BOM, HuckLock, Bobtail.....)
