German term
sachlich
German to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
AGBs
I'm afraid I'm not sure what is meant by "sachlich" in this sentence. I'm not sure whether the entries in the glossary apply in this context.
It is the first sentence of a company's AGBs.
"Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten sachlich für alle Kauf- und Werklieferverträge über sämtliche von der XXX GmbH (nachfolgend „Verkäufer“) vertriebenen Produkte und Geräte, auch Zubehör und Ersatzteile, sowie für Dienstleistungen wie Installationen und Wartungen ausschließlich"

Note from asker:
Thanks Camilla. Not quite sure how to fit this into the sentence. "These GTCs shall apply pertinent to all..." Does this work? |

Comment: "Thanks to you and writeaway. Yes, I think the two German words "gelten sachlich" can be replaced by one word "pertinent". Thanks both of you."

writeaway
: doesn't really fit the question context-personally I think the word can be cheerfully left out-doesn't really add anything here. :-)

omit
It means 'apply to the following subject areas:" - so I agree with writeaway that it should be omitted.
