Hello, I have a check-in report for the arrival of a delivery truck for a Mexican company (Recibo de Remolques). There is an abbreviation in a table for noting the condition of the tires. The table has places for the following categories:

Does this refer to the state of the tire tread? The state of the air-pressure?
