English to Russian Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) Veripos Ltd GNSS Contract

Differential GLONASS SIGNAL and NTRIP Service are not available as stand-alone SERVICES. Access to each of these SERVICES is provided only as an optional extra to VERIPOS Apex and/or VERIPOS Ultra SERVICES.
NTRIP Service is available only in respect of the satellite delivered SIGNAL to which customer is subscribing e.g. if the CUSTOMER is paying for Ultra SIGNAL then access to NTRIP Service is limited to Ultra corrections only.
Правильно ли я понимаю, чтор если ЗАКАЗЧИК платит за СИГНАЛ системы Ultra, то имеет доступ только к дифференциальным поправкам системы Ultra?
