Do you think this is to be taken literally? I'm not sure it would sound nice in french. This is for readers in France. I would have translated local Paranoid with "parano de service" or more straightforwardly with "paranoïaque local" but the whole eLearning course about Privacy is pretty serious and the language of high level...
