When a member does REPO , then he gets cash by lending his securities right. This movement of cash and securities happens on First Leg Settlement date - normally on the day of REPO. During REPO, member specify the tenure (No of days need for him to repurchase his securities by giving back the money with interest to central bank) based on the tenure, the second leg settlement date is being calculated by system and during that date money is being debited from member account to central bank
