2.3 Completion of the Study shall be evidenced by the Final Statement of Performance signed by the (i) Sponsor and the Institution and (ii) Sponsor and Principal Investigator , draft documents attached at Exhibit [[Y].
Any interim Statements of Performance are for the accounting purposes only and shall not mean partial or total completion of the Study .
