Suppliers shall use Production/Batch/Prep sheets as part of their operating procedure and supporting documentation for making a batch product. Prior to production, raw materials shall be verified to ensure only approved materials are used for the product to be manufactured. The Production/Batch/Prep sheet shall include quantities and traceability of materials used, identification of approved vessels/equipment, sequence of additions, mixing/reaction/drying times, sampling for production and QC process checks and instructions for vessel cleaning as applicable for the process.
