English to Czech Law/Patents Law (general)

Jedná se o belgickou public limited company a její stanovy. Je to představenstvo? Nebo je to použito ve dvou významech, jeden je řídící orgán a jeden představenstvo? V textu jsou dále i "directors", takže "členové představenstva"?

The company is managed by a collegial management body, named the management body, which is composed of a minimum of three members who need not be shareholders.
A meeting of the management body is called by the chairman, a managing director or two directors at least five days before the date of the meeting.
