Što da vam kažem, nemam baš iskustva s tijestom za štrudle i sl., ali koliko sam imala prilike čuti iz drugih izvora, pod 'fino' se obično misli 'tanko', 'vrlo tanko' (kad je razvlačenje tijesta u pitanju, jel).
Tako da bi ovo moglo biti thinly pulled pastry, pastry pulled paper-thin, hand pulled parchment-thin pastry... na takve konstrukcije uglavnom nailazim.
