The article is a review of a theory of career development. The fragment in question is as follows:

"Savickas (1997b) describes career maturity as consisting of four dimensions.
• Two attitudinal dimensions deal with dispositional response tendencies for foresight and curiosity: attitudes toward career planning and career exploration.
• Two cognitive dimensions deal with fund of information and rational decision making: knowledge about occupations and careers and knowledge about the principles and practice of career decision making. (p. 250)."

"attitudinal dimension" - wymiar/ aspekt, ale jaki? nie wiem, jak to zgrabnie sformułować :/
i jakby ktoś miał pomysł na "dispositional response tendencies" to też będę wdzięczna za wszelkie podpowiedzi :-)
