License Agreement

“Gross Advertising Revenue” means the total sums payable to Licensee by advertisers and/or sponsors for all advertising inventory and sponsorship opportunities sold on or in relation to the Licensed Service, including on any Third Party Sites, in association with the exhibition of the Pictures (including, but not limited to, display inventory, ///pre-roll,/// and advertiser “take overs”) after commission has been paid and exclusive of VAT but without any deductions of any other kind.
