English to Russian Bus/Financial Management Issue management

The Issue Log will be monitored at the weekly Project Status meeting by the project manager.
The issue will be closed when the project manager is satisfied that the issue has been resolved. This will be through one of several ways:

• A change needs to be made to the project, resulting in a change control being raised.
• A decision has been made – this needs to be recorded on the decision log and the impact assessed.
• An action is required to bring the project back into line – this would be added to the project plan as an unplanned activity and responsibility assigned.
• Current resourcing issue resolved – capability or availability of staff, for instance.
• Other resources made available
