At study initiation, the monitor will evaluate the study center’s standard operating procedure for study drug disposal/destruction in order to ensure that it complies with ХХХХ requirements.
At the end of the study, following final drug inventory reconciliation by the monitor, the study center will dispose of and/or destroy all unused study drug supplies, including empty containers, according to these procedures.
If the study center cannot meet ХХХХ’s requirements for disposal, arrangements will be made between the study center and ХХХХ or its representative for destruction or return of unused study drug supplies.
