Hi,
This is about an anti-aging cream for the face, so we're talking about the "maillage" of the facial microstructure here:
En surface : effet lissant du microrelief par renfort de son maillage.
La surface de la peau se retend.
I don't know if it's matrix, mesh, meshing... ? None of the other entries seemed appropriate, although the suggestions may work in my context too. Any thoughts?

As I see it the product is meant to address the problem of an uneven complexion by strengthening the underlying structure - smoothing rather than as Kashew suggests increasing its microrelief properties. It's texture rather than skin tone - perhaps here it could imply 'underlying'
