Unfortunately the web site for this event gives the following translation:
"EXPO LUMEN YAOUNDE 2011 - International Exhibition of Lighting Fixture, Light, Architectural and Landscape Lighting Design".

Is the correct technical term used in the industry, and I think is appropriate if this is a trade show, as appears to be the case.

We do talk about 'lighting fixtures', but I think that fits better in a more engineering context (you know, installation, etc.).

'light fitting' is much more of a layperson's term.
