French term

1 cp de Plavix

French to English Medical Medical: Cardiology drug administration
"Patient a laisser sous l'administration de 1 cp de Plavix et de 100 mg d'aspirine pendant 6 mois a un an..."

Does anyone know what "cp" stands for here? (I don't think it's capsule - Plavix seems to be administrered in tablet form).
It seems to be something to do with the dosage.
Proposed translations (English)
3 1 tablet of Plavix

Doh! Hi BusterK: Could well be!! Didn't think of that... ;) I think this is pretty likely as the recommended dosage seems to be uniform for all patients (75 mg). Thanks!
