Kontrolinis akcijų paketas – akcijų kiekis, leidžiantis savininkui kontroliuoti akcinės bendrovės veiklą. Teoriškai kontrolinis paketas turi sudaryti per 50 proc. akcinio kapitalo. : I think it's a question here of not straying to far from what was actually written in Lithuanian: kontrolinis akcijų paketas. Yes, majority ownership may amount to the same thing, but it's not what the words "kontrolinis akcijų paketas" mean.
