Nu-mi dau seama exact care e echivalentul in engleza. Iata o definitie in limba romana: "Comunitarizare inseamna transferarea unei probleme care, in cadrul institutional al Uniunii, este solutionata prin metoda interguvernamentala, in scopul abordarii sale prin metoda comunitara. Metoda comunitara pleaca de la ideea ca interesul general al cetatenilor Uniunii este mai bine aparat atunci cand institutiile comunitare isi indeplinesc rolul in procesul decizional, desigur, cu respectarea principiului subsidiaritatii. Prin intrarea in vigoare a Tratatului de la Amsterdam, aspectele privind libera circulatie a persoanelor, care erau tratate in colaborare de domeniul justitiei si cel al afacerilor interne, au fost "comunitarizate" si, in consecinta, vor fi abordate prin metoda comunitara, dupa o perioada de tranzitie de cinci ani".
